VIP PRE-ORDER PROGRAM

 
Polaris Off-Road is working hard to produce safe, high-quality vehicles.  Polaris, along with many other industries, have experienced pandemic related supply chain constraints, shutdowns, and logistical challenges that have caused disruptions to the manufacturing process.  Polaris is taking necessary actions to combat these challenges, but delays remain.  We recognize this is a frustrating time for consumers who are excited about receiving their new vehicles.
 
Polaris contracts with over 1600 dealers in the U.S. so as a result they must allocate their products fairly.  The best way for them to achieve fair inventory distribution is through a pre-order program.  Their program is simple – when a customer pre-orders the vehicle they want from Champion Powersports, Polaris places our dealership on a list to be the next recipient for that vehicle.  Your custom pre-order is placed on their list before any dealer inventory orders.
 
What this means for you is that if you are waiting for a model to show up on a showroom floor to get your new Polaris vehicle, you’re going to be waiting a while.  Your best bet is to take advantage of our program to research and verify the right model for you and get your name on our pre-order list.
   We are facilitating a simple and easy process for our customers to get their new Polaris vehicle through the Champion Powersports Pre-Order VIP Program.  You can use our Polaris Build Tool to get a better feel for your new off-road vehicle, easily place a custom order for your Polaris vehicle with all the features and accessories you want, and receive updates on your custom order as it is being built and shipped!
   We’re prepared to field all your questions to help you choose your perfect model using a focus based on how you intend to use your new vehicle.  We’ll look at model variations, features & differences, colors, configurations, and more.  
   Use our online pre-order process to choose your new vehicle or come in and allow our Team to help you design your perfect off-road model utilizing our Polaris Build Tool.  We’ll confirm your final vehicle choice in writing and that’s it – we’ll finalize everything and get your new vehicle on the way!
   Information is key, and we want you to have the security of knowing when your new Polaris vehicle is being built and where it is in the manufacturing process.  Use the link in the top right corner of any Polaris brand website to log-in or create your Polaris Account, navigate to the “Orders” tab, and select the vehicle you’d like to track.  The Order Details page will include the status of your vehicle order, our information, and answers to frequently asked questions.
   Now for the best part!!  When your new Polaris vehicle arrives at our dealership a factory-trained technician will complete the assembly of your vehicle, install the accessories and parts you have ordered, and get it ready for you to ride. Our finance Team will take the payment for your new vehicle or help you take advantage of financing with low rates, high approval percentages, and payments that fit your budget.
