What an awesome experience. I called yesterday, we agreed on a price before me wife & I drove the 71 miles. When I arrived, I was immediately greeted by Craig. The bike was already outside waiting for me. Went on my test drive, got back to the dealership. Everyone was so nice. I like a small local business like this one. If you are looking for an off road vehicle (atv, side by side) this is the first place to look. There was no pressure to buy today. Only the desire to listen so that could find the right machine for our needs and not the most expensive thing on the lot. Our salesman Spencer and the rest of the knowledgeable staff was able to answer every question that we had. The Staff also treated my wife with the respect that lacks in other dealer experiences . We left that day feeling like we have gotten a great deal and amazed at how friendly and respectful the staff is. The parts department has also been very knowledgeable and courteous while helping with parts and accessories for our ATV. The Polaris 570 utility edition that we purchased could not have been a better choice for our needs. This ATV has no trouble pulling the 950 pound trail mower we use on the farm or putting that smile on your face at the end of a hard days work . The staff at Champion Powersports are 1st rate. From the time I walked in, until the moment I drove off in my new 2016 Magnum Stealth X-1, they we professional and courteous. To this day, when I ride up my salesmen James and the staff greet me and ensure that alls well with my purchase.

I bought a 2015 can am maverick 1000. I spent over 5 hours at the dealership trying to decide what I wanted. I kept all the employees over their shifts but they did not complain this is a really good business and I will always go back to them.

Hello my name is Steve. My wife, Jessica, and I came by last Saturday. We had been across the state line visiting family and wanted to swing by because I like Victories and plan on owning 1 someday. We arrived 5 minutes after closing time but stopped anyway because there were still some side by sides in the parking lot. I went in prepared to do a quick walk through, try not to drool on the floor and exit. I figured it was closing time on a Saturday and everybody probably wanted to get out of there. Spencer approached me. I explained that I was just looking and wasn't in a position to buy and that if he needed me to go I understood. I don't really remember what he said but we ended up hanging for about 30 minutes while he was explaining the different baggers. We felt very welcome and was impressed with his knowledge and drive for customer service. We had to get back on the road so as we were making our way to the door he let us know how he enjoyed spending that time with us. He genuinely appeared to be sincere about hanging out with 2 complete strangers at his job when he could have been doing anything else. Needless to say when I am ready to buy, Champion and specifically Spencer will get my business.

I wanted to compliment the professionalism of one of your Salesman (Haygood was his name). I'm just in the exploring phase of motorcycles and decided to stop by your location yesterday evening near closing time. This guy was shuttling inventory to the rear, but as soon as he saw me, he put his quad in park, immediately stepped off of it and extended a hand welcoming me to Champion. Earlier in the day, I had visited another ATV/Motorcycle store in Decatur, and those guys wouldn't even come out from behind the counter. when I purchased my 2012 Polaris 500 ho sportsman the staff were very helpful and friendly when I go back to them for service they still greet me just like they did when I purchased my atv and not stand around waiting on them to say can we help you like the last dealer that I dealt with prices are the best I've seen around.

I have visited dealers where I was invisible before. I just wanted to take a moment to let you know that I was thoroughly impressed with the greeting I got when I arrived to buy a Victory oil change kit. I was met outside before even entering the facility. I had a great talk with a sales rep that was interested in his customer, listened, shook my hand , made eye contact. These are all critical contact points when engaging a customer and thats what sales specialist Mike Ferrazas was, engaging. So , getting me in the door for a bargain on oil has caused this Victory rider to include Champion Powersports on a list with a dealer I have been loyal to for 11 years. A list of 2. My next motorcycle will be only Victory or Indian (Polaris products). If it is Victory, (which is highly likely since its all Ive ridden for the last 223,000 miles between 2 motorcycles) I am excited to possibly be your customer! In summary, a $49.99 oil change kit coupled with favorable customer treatment could snowball into a future motorcycle purchase (projected 2 years out). Guys , Im serious about my riding. I put 31,200 miles in my first year of ownership of the Vision . It is my only source of transportation by choice not hardship. My 2007 Ranger needed a major repair after a mishap on the trail. I brought it in to Champion and they not only took care of giving me a great quote on the cost of repairs, but they also gave me a trade value on a new Ranger -- and I didn't even ask for that! I ended up trading my wrecked 2007 for a new 2014 Ranger 900 and I couldn't be happier! Thanks for not only being there for me on service, but for finding a better solution for my problem.
